I use the basic Snoozeband to combat my husband's restless sleep patterns and snoring. It connects perfectly and the switch off in an hour mode is great for drifting off. I'd recommend it to anyone in my situation. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A simple but useful tool for middle of the night wakers which won’t upset a sleeping partner, cuts the need to reinsert AirPods and the like into a case and allows the wearer to lie comfortably on the side.

Fits well, really comfortable and great sound. I use for night hypnosis sessions and it's been a great help. Totally recommend these, don't get the naff ones off Amazon!

I’ve been listening to audiobooks and podcasts at night for a few years. Usually using AirPods or headphones. Invariably falling asleep with them in and waking up sore and having to take them out. This headband is so soft and comfortable and doesn’t go in the ears at all. I love the timer function to switch it off and it’s comfortable enough to sleep with it on or gently slip off during the night. Game changer for me.

I often fall asleep to podcasts, audiobooks or music. The Snoozeband has helped me because it is so much more comfortable than ear buds. If I don’t remember to remove it, I still sleep comfortably

One of my favourite radio presenters often talks about the benefits of a bluetooth sleep mask. I was using a flimsy thing I’d acquired after an overnight flight, which worked OK, but it always let light in around my nose, and slipped up or down during the night.

Having done some research I settled on SnoozeBand as a brand as the reviews were excellent. The "which band is right for you" tool helped me settle on the MAX.

It has been an absolute game changer. It makes everything properly dark, it’s really comfortable, and the built in sounds and ability to stream audio from my phone is really cool.

Having had tinnitus for many years, I am very sensitive to loud noises and have trouble with my hearing. I dislike ear buds as find uncomfortable. I decided to try snoozeband and have not been disappointed. I have the lightweight version as I am a side sleeper. Freedom to enjoy music and speaking books without my tinnitus taking over. So I purchased it too took few nights to get used to but I use the white noise sound through it keep it on all night on low volume very soothing
Even when I get up in night I can get back to sleep again it saves my mind working overtime I honestly wouldn’t go to bed without it now
